Tomato Bhujia

Tomato Bhujia

Sometimes we want something very simple and tasty cuisine. Bhujia tomato recipe is fast and has a perfect taste. This chappati service.

Components


       ½ kg of tomatoes
 
       1 cup chopped onion
 
       ¾ teaspoon salt
 
       The black seeds (Kalonji) ½ teaspoon
 
       Sugar 1 teaspoon (cumulative)
 
       ½ teaspoon turmeric
 
       Chile powder 2 teaspoons
 
       ½ cup of oil
 
       1 teaspoon garlic
 

Cooking Instructions


       Heat oil and fry onions lightly browned.

       Add all condiments and black seeds with chopped tomatoes (kalonji).

       Cover and cook until the water dries, remove the leaves and finally the world.
