Healthy Omelet

Healthy Omelet 

Many people like to eat omelet in breakfast and off course they like variation in it

 Components

       4 egg whites
 
       2 green pepper, chopped 3
 
       ½ cup olive slices

       Bread slice with 5 6
 
       3 chopped chives 2 stems
 
       ½ teaspoon of ginger paste
 
       ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
 
       ½ teaspoon turmeric
 
       2 tablespoons olive oil 1
 
       3 tablespoons milk 2
 
       Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions


       In a bowl, crushed pepper, salt, mustard, egg, green pepper, chopped onion and ginger paste mixing sticks in the spring.

       Now add 2 3 tablespoons of warm milk.

       In a frying pan, heat the oil and pour as well.

       Now open the pasta to the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

       Now pour the water on the edges.

       When the smoke starts to rise, turn off the flame and distribute it off and it is served with whole wheat bread.
