Sweet Bakarkhani

Prepare your ingredients and cook at home sweet bakarkhani. Delicious crunchy Bakarkhani appetizer with tea. It's a great result is an authentic recipe

Components


      Refined flour 3 cups

     1 cup of semolina
 
      2 tablespoons butter (desi ghi)
 
      3 tablespoons milk
 
      4 tablespoons of sugar
 
      Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
 
      1 teaspoon salt
 
      Butter for filling
 
      Kneading the mass of water
 

Cooking instructions


      In a large bowl, add refined flour, semolina, butter, milk, sugar, cardamom powder and salt.

      Gradually add water and soften soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let stand for about 30 minutes.

      Divide the dough into 8 parts. This ball shape 8 "in diameter and roller.

      For 12 minutes or until crisp and brown Bake in preheated oven.

      Brush with butter and served with tea.
