Home Remedies for Foot Pain

Foot pain is one of the most common diseases affecting people of all age group at some point in their lives. Fingers, foot pain, heel, sole, can be anywhere in the foot and ankle or arch.

Pain, uncomfortable shoes, the excessive walking wear fracture, standing on your feet for a long period of time some sort of a mineral deficiency, the toenails ingrown, diabetes or other health conditions, such as age reasons may be due to a number.

There are many things you can try using ingredients readily available at home to take care of the natural foot pain.

1. Hot and cold water


Hot and cold water therapy can be effective in the treatment of foot pain. Hot treatment will promote blood flow, and will reduce the cold sore treatment.

    
Please worth a bucket and another with cold water with hot water bearing. Sit in a comfortable chair, do the same to dip your feet in warm water for three minutes and then with cold water for at least 10 seconds or a minute. Repeat the process two or three times and finished with a cold foot bath.

2. Vinegar


Vinegar is used in the treatment of inflammation and it can help with pain caused by sprains or strains in the foot as it reduces.

    
Fill a tub with warm water. Add two tablespoons of vinegar. You can mix sea salt or Epsom salt. If you have any of these, only use table salt. Soak your feet in it for about 20 minutes.
    
Alternatively, pour a mixture of equal amounts of vinegar and water into two containers. Use cold water and hot water in the other. Hot soak a towel in hot mixture, squeeze out excess liquid and then wrapped around your feet. Leave that to roll for five minutes. Do the same using cold brew. Repeat the process at least three or four times daily.

3. Epsom salt


The Epsom salt foot pain can help relieve your foot pain, give quick relief. To heat and the Epsom salts, mainly magnesium, as well as relax and reduce foot pain.

    
Put two tablespoons of Epsom salt three meals in a tub of warm water.
    
Soak your feet in the tub for 10 to 15 minutes.
    
Make your feet dry salt, so that you can apply a moisturizer after soaking.

4. Ice


Ice therapy is a good way to reduce pain and swelling in the legs. Put a small amount of crushed ice in a small plastic bag and use it to massage the affected area in a circular motion. You can use a bag of vegetables wrapped in a thin towel.
Nerve endings temporarily numb the painful area in cold temperatures and will give you relief. The swelling will be less. Do not use an ice pack for more than 10 minutes at a time; now it could damage the skin and nerves.

5. Olive oil


Clove oil headaches, arthritis, athlete's foot, nail fungus and it is also highly effective in the treatment of foot pain as circulation increases.

    
For immediate relief, gently massage your aching feet with olive oil. It will inspire and encourage blood flow to your muscles relax. You can massage your feet with olive oil several times a day.
    
If you have sensitive skin or a kit, extra virgin olive oil or dilute three drops of clove oil with a teaspoon of coconut oil and massage your feet with it.

6. Cayenne


Cayenne, which is known muscle aches and pain, joint pain, low back pain, relieve muscle tension and even capsaicin ,, is a rich source of foot pain.

    
When the pain in my feet get cold, sprinkle some cayenne pepper in your socks before putting them on. This will help keep your feet warm.
    
I for one and a half tea spoon of red chilli powder treatment a few minutes added to your foot half a bucket of warm water and let soak. It has a soothing effect and will give relief from pain.
 

7. Sage

Gently rub the leaves between your hands a handful of sage and then put them in a pot with a little less than a cup of apple cider vinegar.

Grind the mustard seeds and add half a bucket of warm water.
     
10 Soak your feet in water for 15 minutes and then pat dry your feet.
 

9. Asparagus


The asparagus
Asparagus is a good treatment of foot pain associated with inflammation or infection of any edema. Just steam and then eat some asparagus for a few minutes. It will act as a natural diuretic to help reduce excess fluid out of your system, such inflammation.

10. Essential oils


Essential oils
Such as eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil and rosemary oil, essential oils, tired, sore and aching feet will help reduce the pain.

     
Mix two drops every four drops of eucalyptus oil and rosemary oil and peppermint oil in warm water.
     
Soak your feet in it for about 10 minutes.
The next time you suffer from foot pain, just try any of these natural treatments. However, the pain is unbearable and better, so see your doctor.
