Lebanese Fish Kebab

Lebanese Fish Kebab

Vegetables, macaroni, cheese, fish and their skewers made with Lebanon super tasty and appetizing. These are ideal to serve in a meet with tomato sauce or other sauces.

Components


      Boneless fish ½ kg (boiled)
 
      Capsicum 1
 
      2 carrots (boiled)
 
      250 GM potatoes (boiled)
 
      ½ cup peas (cooked)
 
      ½ cup of macaroni (cooked)
 
      1 teaspoon black pepper
 
      1 teaspoon white pepper
 
      Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
 
      1 teaspoon salt
 
      2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
      breadcrumbs
 
      The eggs (shakes)
 

Cooking instructions


      Fish helicopter, put all the vegetables and macaroni. Cut it off.

      Cheese, cumin, black pepper, white pepper, salt and chop.

      Now add a beaten egg and mix the cut.

      Make a Dip balls, beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

      Ready to serve.
