Carrot Achar

Tasty and varied pickled vegetables.its with carrots to accompany any meal or a sandwich with a great spice.

Components


      1/2 kg of carrots
 
      Salt 1-1 / 2 teaspoons
 
      15 green peppers
 
      1 cup white vinegar
 
      3 spoonfuls of sugar
 
      15-20 cloves garlic

Cooking instructions


      Scrape the carrots and cut lengthwise.
